He inhales dinner in about eleven seconds and then looks unwell for an hour. Tried one of the maze bowls and he just tips it over and eats off the floor, which I have to admit is clever.

Get one with a rubber base or put it inside a heavier bowl. The tipping is the main failure mode with the cheap ones.

Honestly a muffin tin with a bit of food in each hole cost me nothing and works better than the maze bowl I paid 18 for.

Snuffle mat is the other option. Takes mine about six minutes and he seems to enjoy it rather than be frustrated by it.
