Been doing dry in the morning and wet at night, but it would be a lot easier to just do both together. Someone at the park told me this is bad for their teeth and now I'm second guessing it. Is that a real thing?

Plenty of people feed both in one bowl and their dogs are fine. The teeth argument is a bit shaky because dry food doesn't really clean teeth the way people think it does.

One thing to watch is that mixed food goes off faster in the bowl. If yours grazes all day rather than clearing it, split it instead.

We mix. Only downside is the bowl needs washing properly every time instead of a rinse.
