Feeding two cats who steal from each other

One eats in thirty seconds then goes and stands over the other one until she gives up. The slow one is losing weight and the fast one is definitely not. Separate rooms works but I cannot do that four times a day forever.

Microchip feeder. Expensive, worth every penny, solved this exact problem in our house within a week.

Agreed on the microchip feeder. Took our slow one about three days to trust the flap but she got there.
